Handbooks.io covers all U.S. states and major local jurisdictions, allowing you to create fully compliant handbooks tailored to federal, state, and local employment laws. Whether your clients operate in one state or across multiple, the platform will help ensure their handbooks meet all necessary requirements.

Updates are provided on your account dashboard on a per-company basis. The updates include a description of the policy change as well as instructions for how to update an existing handbook. For example, the update might indicate you should add a new policy or replace an existing policy. You can easily review and apply these updates to ensure your clients' handbooks remain compliant and up to date.

Handbooks.io offers dedicated customer support, including live chat, email assistance, and a comprehensive help center. Our team of HR compliance experts is available to guide you through any questions you may encounter.

Adding new states to an existing handbook is simple. Send an email to hello@handbooks.io indicating the name of the client handbook in your dashboard and what new states should be included.

Handbooks documents are always editiable and can be generated in PDF, Word, and HTML formats, offering flexibility for your clients to distribute or customize as needed. You can also customize the formatting to match your branding or client preferences.

Yes! Handbooks.io offers an API integration that allows you to generate and manage client handbooks directly through your own website or platform. This feature streamlines the process for your clients while maintaining the same high standards of compliance and customization. If you’re interested in programmatic handbook creation from your website or product, please contact us at hello@handbooks.io

We are unable to white-label the signature tracking or live link features. If you want to create handbooks from your product or website, please consider using our API solution. The handbook document you’ll deliver to your client is an editable Word document that doesn’t contain any handbooks.io branding.
